# Please, enter a title for your blog post: How to Compose a Blog Post on the Proper Writing Style # Please, write an introduction to your blog post. It should be from one to four sentences long. Once you have written the introduction, please add it below, or continue writing your post: ## If you're reading this article right now and find yourself worrying about something- anything- don't stress it too much... Worrying is a luxury. Worrying is a habit. Worrying is a reflex reaction to stress and anxiety. And while I am not going to tell you that it's going to be easy, I am going to tell you that it can be stopped, and that- just like any other habit or reaction- the only way you're going to stop worrying about things is by practicing not worrying about them. In order for this practice of not worrying to have any effect on your life, though, you're going to have to stop worrying in the right places... You're probably thinking this all sounds pretty obvious. Of course you're going to stop worrying about the things that you shouldn't worry about and start worrying only about the things that are worth your worry... And if those things have been bothering you for a while, I have a quick suggestion. Go ahead and try thinking about them for a little longer. The reason why I suggest this is because I don't want to see your hard work go to waste, and thinking about those problems for a little bit more is going to have a big impact on bringing out all of the reasons why you should be worried. Then, I want you to take those reasons and write them down. If your worry stems from someone else's actions, write down their reasons for acting the way they do. If your worry is about finances or family or work or health or whether you're going to get tired of your favorite TV show... write it all down. As soon as you start writing down why you should be worried, you should realize that worrying about those things doesn't make much sense at all. Those are other people's actions and problems that aren't related to you. A better reason to worry would be that you're concerned that you don't want to hear one of those problems, but that's not really a reason for you to worry either. If it's something important, don't waste any more time on worrying about what you think it is... Once the worries start flowing freely from your mind, keep reading more until all of the reasons for worrying are gone. You should also make sure your not-worries are very obvious and related to your real life problems. For example, if you're worried about whether or not someone is going to like what you're writing, just write about taking care of yourself and learning how to write on your own terms. cfa1e77820
